Here’s what you can expect when you work with us.
Step 1: Discovery & Consultation
We begin by getting to know you and your vision. To start,
we’ll need a property survey completed by a licensed surveyor. Once that is in place, we will meet with you at your home to understand your family, your lifestyle, and how you envision using your outdoor space.
Together, we’ll walk your backyard, discuss your goals, explore design ideas, and consider features that best fit your vision. During this visit, we’ll also take our own measurements and elevations to ensure the design aligns precisely with the construction plan.
Step 2: Custom Design
Using advanced 3D design technology and decades of combined experience, our team creates a custom pool and outdoor living design tailored specifically to your home and lifestyle. The result is a thoughtful, personalized design that balances beauty, function, and long-term durability.
Step 3: Construction & Build
With your design and contract approved, we proceed with drafting the construction plans and initiating the permitting process. Once permits are secured, construction begins.
Throughout the entire process, our team will be by your side. We treat your home with care and respect, communicate clearly at every stage, and remain available to answer of your questions along the way. Our goal is simple: to deliver a backyard you’ll love for years to come.
